provide Run Camel option if you select a Camel XML in the navigator

so in navigator when I'm highlighting a Camel XML I should be able to say "Run as Camel Route" or something, which should then basically

• build the project if its required (maybe kicking in the maven build step if required?)
• setup the classpath
• run the command
• ensure camel-spring is on the classpath
