document the "Run -> Run Configurations -> Deploy In Container" option when its completed

This option provides a more fine grained control over building and deploying to a container than the simper Deploy To -> menu item.

Its not quite finished yet but it lets you configure JVM attributes, maven goals/profiles, enable testing/clean and so forth.

depends on ECLIPSE-213 being complete though
