make it easy for folks to add new components / languages to a Rider project so they can be easily used in Rider

e.g. we could maybe detect if a Language is used and its pom.xml doesn't have the correct dependencies, ask the user if they should add camel-xquery (or whatever).

Probably we should add a hook to m2e (m2eclipse) so we can easily add stuff to the pom.xml with dependencies if we detect there's a URI used for component thats not in the classpath or in the spring XML - or folks want to add new languages etc
