Add run as button or something like that to make it easier to do that

The only way I have found to run as -> local camel context. Is to right click on the camelContext.xml file.

It would be nice if there was a button on the button bar (where we have the auto align button).
And maybe also a right click menu option when you right click on the canvas. Or something like that.

PS: We could also add an option to the preference so it can enable auto delete the target directory on when "run as" launches.
This makes it easier to play with those file examples so you dont have to remember to delete the target directory yourself, each time you run as.
