Rider seems to assume all XML files are Rider files; it should only open XML files if they use the Camel namespace

I've created some strategies in the package: com.fusesource.rider.editor.content

to try add a contentType of CamelXML as well as adding a matchingStrategy to the editor. Have both a content type and content filter, yet all XML files (even blank empty ones) are always opened with Rider. No idea why though!
