have a Run -> Run in Karaf X option to provision a deployment unit (jar, bundle, WAR whatever) in Karaf for maven projects

For maven projects; which should run the maven build to create the artifact (maybe excluding tests via -Dtest=false or allowing you to edit the mvn command line maybe). This would then run something like...
