Load Balancer not supported

Load Balance EIP
ref is an option option, that is only used to use a custom LB strategy
Instead we need an enum to choose among the build in types

failover, random, roundRobin, sticky, topic, weighted (* could be added in camel 2.6)
we can add custom to indicate that's the enum you must select, when using ref option
And each of those built-in types have their own set of options which you can / must set
