Required Changes to ASTools in JBT

Changes required to upstream project are to be identified and made. These changes may include moving classes from as.core to as.wtp.core, expanding the API to allow consumption by other components, refactoring classes that need abstract superclasses to be made available, and other similar changes necessary to provide a usable API to FuseIDE
