[DMN Designer] Select logic type missing entries

There are cases, when Select logic type dialog misses the entries. Shown in the attached screenshot. There are different (unfortunately not straightforward) steps to reproduce.

The first steps to reproduce were reported my manstis@redhat.com here and fixed by PR. However during verification of the same PR, I revealed second steps to reproduce, please see the attached video select-logic-type-issue.webm .
