[DMN Designer] Do not add Header to nested ContextGrid

    Description

      During the work jomarko@redhat.com is doing for DROOLS-2932 it became apparent that hiding the Header for a nested ContextGrid is wrong; as it allows keyboard navigation into the (invisible) Header. We should not add a Header at all for nested ContextGrid.
