[DMN Designer] UndefinedExpressionGrid: Change '--' to '<select expression>' in grey italics

etirelli requested the text shown in the "Undefined expression grid" be changed from "--" to "<select expression>" and shown in a grey italicised font. Also check that the default column width for columns that can hold an Undefined Expression grid are suitably wide to ensure the text is shown in full.
