[DMN Designer] Function: Add parameter data-types

    Description

      Our "Function Grid" does not support data-types for parameters... it should!

      Acceptance test

      • Create model like used in PR similar produced during verification of the below
      • Function parameter is custom data type comment
      • Function parameter is simple data type
      • Parameters recognized in imported 1.1. model comment
      • Parameters recognized in imported 1.2. model
      • Undo/Redo
      • Chrome, Edge, Firefox
