[DMN Designer] Data Types - Constraints - Base dialog

I) When the user clicks on "Constraints", the Constraints dialog must be loaded:

II) The dialog contains a dropdown with three types of constraints:

• Enumeration (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-3021)
• Expression (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-3020)
• Range (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-3019)

The dropdown component loads the other sub-components (three).

III) The dialog has a blank slate state with the message "Select a constraint type";

IV) The dialog contains a Clear all action;

V) The dialog has an Ok button that persists the operation and a Cancel button that cancels the operation;
