Files having '+' sign in name are getting ignored in Build.

      Environment : BRMS 6.4.6

      1) Create a sample Project and POJO to use in Decision Table.
      2) Create a sample xls of Decision Table.
      3) Upload it in Business-Central as 'Decision Table' and give it a name which has '+' sign in it. (e.g. : With+Sign.xls )
      4) Save and Build&Deploy Project.
      5) Check KJar : Rules were ignored and can not be fired.

      P.S.: The same was working in BRMS 6.3.2 and not working in BRMS 6.4.6

      Description

      Project contains Decision Tables which contains '+' sign in their names. After Build and Deploy of Project, these DTs were ignored and were not incorporated as a part of KJar.
