I would kindly like to ask that the projects upgrade their JUnit to 4.11 and Maven Surefire plugin 2.15. These recent versions bring interesting opportunities in the field of parameterized and parallel tests.

This change should only be limited to the Maven "test" scope and thus fairly safe.
