Rename "Get Started" pages to "Hello World!"

All instances of the product Get Started pages should be renamed to Hello World.

Tasks this may include:

• Rename heading on the page - Change "Get Started" to "Hello World!" (with exclamation point)
• Rename URL and create redirects - "[product code]/hello-world"
• Update Download Manager to point directly to the new URL
• Make changes in Drupal

Definition of Done

1. Check product page left links are titled 'Hello World!'
2. Check product get-started pages, now have the title 'Hello World!'
3. Check that https://developers.redhat.com/products/fuse/get-started/ redirects to https://developers.redhat.com/products/fuse/hello-world/
