JBoss Developer: Microsites Look and Feel

Catherine is currently finalizing the wireframes for the new Microsites solutions. Once approved, they need to have a the look and feel applied.

**please note: There is a horizontal navigation and a vertical navigation. It has been proposed that they may use one or the other as "primary" navigation. If a microsite uses the horizontal navigation as primary and the vertical navigation as secondary, this could lead to user confusion. To minimize this, there needs to be two vertical navigations. One for when it's primary (no horizontal) and one when it's used as subnavigation (with horizontal).

1) Horizontal microsite primary navigation
2) Vertical microsite primary navigation
3) Horizontal with Vertical Secondary Navigation (style different than vertical microsite primary navigation)
4) There should also be a third option where the microsite has no navigation, just a branding bar. This would be for a single page microsite (like what' s being done for docker).
