Create video bumpers header and footer for sponsored speaker series

Create two video bumper files for sponsored video series with Adam Bien.

1) Header Bumper - The intro video snippet would display the Red Hat logo (like RHOAR intro video) and the title of the video series:

a) Use existing RH shadowman animation
b) Title animation: "Red Hat presents Cloud-native Java development with Adam Bien"

2) Tail Bumper - The closing video snippet would display the following call-to-action:

a) content for tail bumper:
"For more information, visit:
http://redhat.com
http://bit.ly/cloudNativeJava"

b) RH shadowman animation with CC info.
