New Cover for .NET book

Hi James,

It's a long story but O'Reilly has given us the rights to content of Don's .NET on RHEL book.
We need to update the cover by doing the following:

• Update RHD Branding to reflect proper name
• Remove O'Reilly branding
• Title can stay the same but in small font add 2nd Edition (I'm thinking under the title but maybe it would look better under the image?)
• I'd like to add an image of the original cover with the O'Reilly branding somewhere on the front of the book. Let's chat about this as I know it's an odd thing to request.
• Remove barcode from the back Ad / image
