audit upstream projects

1) Perform an audit of Upstream projects to determine their status (active, archived) and create spreadsheet.

2) Organize active files so we can discuss with Brand to add them to: http://brand.redhat.com/logos/communitylogos/

Addition content may need to be written to frame the brands for each of the active projects.
