Add STATUS_STORAGE_TOPIC environment variable to container images

1. Added status storage topic and made it mandatory
2. Added replication & partition for topics in dockerfile to make it consistent

As discussed in the PR, we settled on making the STATUS_STORAGE_TOPIC variable optional (a warning will be logged if it's not given) and we won't add the replication/partition settings as they can be given via the CONNECT_ prefix.
