Allow configuration option for keep alive interval for Mysql binlog reader

Hi,

underlying library (mysql-binlog-connector-java) supports keep alive interval, default is 60s.

Debezium already supports connect.keep.alive flag which sets keep alive flag inside mentioned library.

We would like to change default option of 60s, we think it's a little bit high for our production setup.

So Debezium will need expose a new configuration option and forward it to mysql-binlog-connector-java

Shouldn't be a problem?
