Support white/black-listing Mongo fields

If certain fields are irrelevant or undesired for the purposes of consumers, it would be great to be able to use a `field.whitelist` or `field.blacklist` setting, similar to their column counterparts in the MySQL consumer, to filter these fields from appearing in Kafka.
