AbstractConnectorTest should work in environment with longer latency

Make io.debezium.embedded.AbstractConnectorTest.consumeRecords(int, Consumer<SourceRecord>) to run when there is a longer latency between Maven test and database. In such a case the records could be returned across multiple polls.
