DBZ-UI - Provide list of configurations

I would like to run Debezium UI on Kubernetes.

For this, I would like to find easily a list of all configuration supported by Debezium UI, with  the 2-3 importants configuration bolded.

I have difficulties finding this information, I will try with what I found in the docker-compose exmaple file. But I would ease the case to if those configs appear on the GitHub readme at beast, or Docker page.
