Please fix vulnerabilites

Hi!

I'm running debezium in a docker image. When scanning that docker image with trivy, I'm getting tons of complaints as debezium is using very outdated libraries, i.e. for jackson-databind. Are there any plans to fix this by updating the dependencies? (Also the 1.7.0.Beta1 seems to be based on the same old third party stuff.)
