Use separate API calls to get the connector info(name, id etc) and details(Properties)

Currently, UI uses the `​/api​/connector-types` API call to get the connector name and id info along with its properties details.

We need to used the 

• ​/api​/connector-types to get the available connectors their names id etc.
• /api/connector-types/{id} to get the properties details for particular connecotr types.
