Support running Oracle test suite in non-CDB (no PDB name) mode

The test suite currently expects using database.pdb.name and therefore operates in a CDB mode; however we should be able to run tests without this configuration and operate in a traditional non-CDB install.

We could toggle this behavior using a Maven profile similar to logminer for the connector adapter.
