Enable continuous JFR recording

As our container images are using Java 11 by now, we can optionally enable continuous JFR recordings. We could trigger this by presence of a specific volume being mounted, or more explicitly via some options, e.g. for max size/duration and the dumping directory. We also need to provide instructions describing how to dump the recording.
