Incorrect link IDs in SQL Server connector snapshot metrics table

In the file partials/modules/all-connectors/ref-connector-monitoring-snapshot-metrics.adoc, the ID strings for the following final two entries in the snapshot metrics table begin with the characters strm instead of snaps.

The error results in the same ids being used for entries in the streaming metrics table in ref-connector-monitoring-streaming-metrics.adoc, and the snapshot metrics table. The duplication causes the downstream build to fail.
