Duplicate anchor ID in partials/ref-connector-monitoring-snapshot-metrics.adoc

In the table of snapshot metrics in ref-connector-monitoring-snapshot-metrics.adoc, each entry includes a self-referencing anchor IDs to permit easy copying of the documentation URL when responding to questions about the entry. This practice is also used in the table of streaming metrics in ref-connector-monitoring-streaming-metrics.adoc, and elsewhere. To avoid duplicate IDs when metrics of different types have the same name, strings such as snaps and strm are prefixed to the names in the anchor IDs.

In the table of snapshot metrics, the prefix of the anchor IDs for the last two entries in the table incorrectly use strm, for streaming metrics, instead of snaps for snapshot metrics. The duplication results in an error that prevents the downstream documentation from building.
