Prepare customizing auto-created topics doc for downstream

    Description

      A new Debezium 1.3 feature is the ability to configure auto-creation of topics that the connector emits records to.  The upstream Jira for this work: 

      https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-78

      This is the PR that is adding the doc: 
      https://github.com/debezium/debezium/pull/1813

      The upstream doc that needs to be edited is this file:

      documentation/modules/ROOT/pages/configuration/topic-auto-create-config.adoc

      Editing tasks: 

      • Update to conform with downstream style conventions.
      • Add/update content needed downstream.
