Add docs for mask column and truncate column features

    Description

      Found that it is possible to use "column.truncate.to.length.chars" and "column.mask.with.length.chars" properties for the SQL Server Connector.

      This is true for all connectors to relational databases (as we can see from the source code), but these properties are not yet documented.
