Set up CI for debezium-examples repo

Needs discussing how far this should go, but I think at least we should make sure that

• Examples are on the current stable Debezium release
• Can be built and ideally started

I don't think we shouldn't spent many cycles on actually automating tests, I'm looking for some very basic sanity check here. What do others think?
