Generate date(time) field types in the Kafka Connect data structure

The mongodb-connector create numeric fields for date and datetime fields, as was already mentioned (and worked around) in issue DBZ-1373. By creating the correct date and datetime field types this would result in a correct kafka connect data structure, which - when using Avro - in term results in correct Avro logicalTypes for dates and datetimes added to the Avro schema.
