Provide pass-through converter for propagating Avro payloads unchanged

This is an intermediary step for addressing DBZ-1297: supporting Avro as an outbox event payload. With the right configuration this will allow a source application to produce Avro as outbox event payload and have this being sent as-is to Kafka as message value.
