Use Postgres' official JDBC driver for streaming logical changes

The current implementation of the PostgreSQL connector relies on a feature of the Postgres JDBC driver which has not yet been released. As such, the current code incorporates the sources of the driver.

After this feature officially makes it in the driver and a new version is released, we should use this version and remove the local code.
