Remove info on when an option was introduced from the docs

Until recently, only one version of the Debezium docs was published. This is why we added the release that introduced a new option ("0.10 and later") to the documentation.

These annotations are not needed any longer as of 0.10, as now this is implicitly addressed by only adding the option to the documentation of that release. Any comments on the options hinting to the introducing release should therefore be removed. For 0.9, this should remain as is, as this documentation publication is the reference for 0.9 and earlier.

Besides the options, there are some more references to specific releases in the documentation text, but removing those requires a bit more care, so I'd suggest to do that in a second step.
