Connector tries to scan and lock tables that are not configured for CDC

    Description

      I have enabled CDC only on two tables, but the SQL Server connectors still tries to do a SELECT * FROM (TABLOCKX) on ALL tables. Some tables doesn't not support CDC (like in-memory tables) and this causes the connector to crash. Even without crash this behavior is IMHO not correct as it should only use tables with CDC enabled to avoid unnecessary locking.
