Support Kafka 0.10.1.0

Kafka 0.10.1.0 is now available, so we should try building with it to see if any Kafka Connect API's have changed and whether any Debezium modifications are required.

We probably want to wait to support Kafka 0.10.1.0 until Debezium 0.4 and keep the 0.3.x releases on Kafka 0.10.0.1. If no changes in Debezium are required, then Debezium should work with Kafka 0.10.1.0 or 0.10.0.1. However, if changes are required, we probably want to do this only on the 0.4.x line of releases anyway.
