False empty schema warning for snapshot mode never

When snaphost mode is set to never then the schema is built by BinlogReader as it is expected that DDLs are available in binlogs.

The reader generates false warning message upon start

After applying blacklist/whitelist filters there are no tables to monitor, please check your configuration

even if it is not possible to have non-empty schema under these conditions.

The same problem can be expected with postres connector.
