Last transaction events get duplicated on EmbeddedEngine MySQL connector restart

    Description

      Last transaction events (from before the restart) are redelivered again after EmbeddedEngine restart, despite being already successfully handled and EmbeddedEngine shutting down gracefully.

      I believe the root cause is that restartEventsToSkip is set but then it is reset back to 0.
