Test dependencies shouldn't be part of the SQL Server connector archive

The connector TAR.GZ contains the JUnit, FEST Assert etc. test-scoped dependencies, which it shouldn't. Also there's the ZooKeeper JAR and some more things in there. Those could actually be a problem when deploying that connector archive.
