Kafka SSL support for debezium

We have kafka-ssl enabled in production. we wanted to debezium to connect to kafka only on SSL port, rather than non SSL port. In order to do that we need to have keystore and truststore. Nothing is described in the configuration for the connector in http://debezium.io/docs/tutorial/ or http://debezium.io/docs/connectors/mysql.

UPDATE: The workaround is to define the SSL-related properties for the database history topic's producer and consumer with database.history.producer.* and database.history.consumer.* prefixes. See this comment for details.
