    Description

      CLOUD-3040 seems to have broken JAVA_DIAGNOSTICS for all the non-openjdk images

      setting JAVA_DIAGNOSTICS=true does not set the expected

      -XX:NativeMemoryTracking=summary
      -XX:+PrintGC
      -XX:+PrintGCDateStamps
      -XX:+PrintGCTimeStamps
      -XX:+UnlockDiagnosticVMOptions

      anymore in sprint 27 builds.
