EAP72 update dns.DNS_PING config for new upstream use of /etc/resolv.conf and default to using dns.DNS_PING the templates

Since the upstream dns.DNS_PING was made available in the last CR, drop the workaround dns_query that was there previously. rhn-engineering-rhusar also recommended we set the pbcast.GMS property to 15 seconds.
