AMQ readinessProbe only peeks in /proc/net/tcp6 when present, ignoring contents of /proc/net/tcp

If /proc/net/tcp6 exists and is empty, we don't see any ports.
we need to peek at both /proc/net/tcp and /proc/net/tcp6

I found it odd that there is not a standard port listener checker readiness probe out of the box in kube, is there?
