CLOUD-2261 fix is missing in EAP CD and EAP 7.2 branches

The CLOUD-2261 fix is not in EAP CD, nor will it be in EAP 7.2 without action to bring it in, as the 7.2 branch is derived from CD.

CLOUD-2261 has 3 linked PRs, two affecting application-templates and the third affecting cct_module. The cct_module changes will get picked up, so long as none of the modules that were changed are no longer used in EAP CD / 7.2, e.g. replaced by modules from jboss-eap-modules. So that will need to be checked.

The application template changes are not in CD / 7.2.
