[AMQ7] access with credentials is not enforced

    Description

      Currently there's no mechanism to enforce username+password access to connect to broker, because --allow-anonymous parameter is added by default[1].

      There should be probably restriction applied when AMQ_USERNAME and AMQ_PASSWORD are provided as we used to have for AMQ 6.x images.
