Update EAP CD templates to use edge TLS

    • CLOUD Maintenance Sprint 25

    Description

      The EAP CD templates use PassThrough security, but as there is no way to generate a keystore with a valid certificate for openshift.com & OSO Pro. We should switch to using edge for now.

      See also: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/CLOUD-2398 for the testing of a change to use Re-encrypt. That we should eventually use in EAP6/7/CD.
